Huck Greenhouses sprouted from the family farm, L.E. Huck & Sons. We are the fourth generation farming the land around Masonic Park. For over a hundred years, we have been known for our vegetable crops, especially potatoes.
Before we opened our greenhouses to the public, we used them exclusively for starting our own vegetable plants for transplanting in the spring.
In 1985, we built new greenhouses filled with annual flowers and vegetables. As greenhouse space was added, our inventory grew to include perennials, herbs, mulch and potting soil. Every year, we try something a little new and different.
